THE Reception.

After a year of preparation, coordination, and care, this was the moment we exhaled. The rain had come, the vows had been said, and everything softened. We weren't able to give the performance on the nice stage Popo & Dad built for us due to the rain, but being together in the tent somehow made it more intimate. Our speeches and songs felt like a prayer meeting. The echos and comments highlighting each moment. People danced barefoot. Laughter spilled easily. Music, movement, and joy took over the space.

The calls for the bus came, but no one wanted to go home.
